For the past 17 years ADAM BOMB has been touring like no band ever did before, playing up to 300 shows a year, building up an ever growing die hard fan base & achieving cult status.
Adam has a well documented place in Rock History: At age 14 he formed the cover band TYRANT. One year later he asked Eddie Van Halen to sign his guitar and wound up getting a three hour guitar lesson which changed his life forever. Adam then joined the Seattle band TKO. He played all the guitars and wrote all the songs but one on TKO’s first album “In Your Face” (1981). When he was just 17 Adam auditioned for KISS. In 1993 Axl Rose joined him on stage & then told Adam that after seeing him perform in Hollywood, Izzy Stradlin’ & he wanted to ask him to join the band they had just formed (GUNS ‘N’ROSES) but they didn’t even bother as they thought Adam would decline their offer. Little Steven from the STEVE VAN ZANDT band said after hearing the “NEW YORK TIMES” album sessions that Adam had “the Ultimate Rock Voice”. After seeing Adam Bomb on stage, John Paul Jones _LED ZEPPELIN bass player & keyboardist composed the song “Angry Angry” especially for Adam who is the featured lead guitarist on John Paul Jones’ solo album “The Thunderthief” (2001). Adam is also the lead guitarist on Hanoi Rocks frontman Michael Monroe’s solo record “Whatcha Want” (2003).
As a concert guitarist ADAM BOMB puts on a show that must be seen by every Rock ‘n’ Roll fan. The band uses pyrotechnics, leaving audiences breathless with fireworks blasting out of Adam’s guitar, fire, exploding cymbals and daunting one of a kind lit up Marshall amplifiers blinding & deafening all eyes & ears while the band is playing Adam‘s original smash hits : “Pure S.E.X.”,” I Want My Heavy Metal “,” Pissed “,” S.S.T”,” Rock Like F**k” and the cult hot single “Je T’Aime”, together with classic songs written by KISS, THIN LIZZY, AC DC, LED ZEPPELIN, UFO & TRUST.
Adam Bomb has worked with eminent producers Jack Douglas and Rick Asher Keefer. He recorded 10 solo albums. He has played live on stage and in the studio with Chuck Berry, John Paul Jones, Jimi Hendrix’ bass player Noel Redding, Cliff Williams (AC/DC), Mick Taylor (The Rolling Stones), Nicky Hopkins (The Rolling Stones , The Beatles, The Who, The Kinks), Steve Stevens and Billy Idol, Axl Rose & Steven Adler (Guns ‘N’ Roses), Johnny Thunders & Sylvain Sylvain (The New York Dolls), Marc Bolan’s backup singers Flo & Eddie, Dee Dee Ramone, Jimmy Crespo (Aerosmith), Yngwie Malmsteem. Adam has also supported Motorhead, Iggy Pop, Twisted Sister, Hanoi Rocks, The Wildhearts, Marky Ramone, Dragonforce and many others, as well as doing over 3000 headline shows.
ADAM BOMB has given concerts in the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Holland, Ireland, Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Italy, Denmark, Monaco … and the list goes on … He keeps on touring year-round covering thousands of kilometers at the wheel of his van & became the archetypal Ultimate Rock Hero to many all over the world.
